The Question is:

Is there a way to determine  who is mapped to a global section?

The Answer is :

 
  At present, there is no easy way to determine this, as "reversing" the page
  table mapping is an involved task.
 
  This may well change, with capabilities expected to be added to SDA in an
  OpenVMS release after V7.2.
