The Question is:

 
We do not have a support service contract with Compaq. Just normal warranty.
I installed the patch to fix the "noise" problem with the PowerStorm 4D10T
graphics card on a DS10. However, it still not completely "quiet", allthough
much better. Is Compaq int
erested in such feedback? And if so to whom do I submit such feedback?
