Password hashing; copying SYSUAF entries?

The Question is:

 
Is there a utility or software that can copy a
UAF entry to another UAF entry along with the
current password? I need to copy some current
UAF entries to make them compliant with others
and need to copy their passwords, so the users do not have to change their
passwords. Is this possible??
 

The Answer is :

 
  The OpenVMS password hash uses various values -- including the plaintext
  user password and the username itself -- to generate the hashed value.
 
  If the username changes, then the plaintext password will no longer hash
  into the same value when combined with the new username.
 
  In other words, no -- the new usernames must be assigned new passwords.
