The Question is:

 
How do I delete an existing pagefile?

The Answer is :

 
  Usually via the DELETE command.
 
  If the PAGEFILE is currently connected, the easiest way involves a
  system reboot -- potentially with the creation of a higher version
  of the pagefile, or by disabling any site-specific commands in the
  system startup that (potentially) create and connect an alternate
  pagefile, prior to the reboot.
