Altering IP address? (printer)

where/what file do you change to modify printer IP's
 
 

The Answer is :

 
  Depending on what you want to modify, this requires changes to the
  host database on the local node and/or changes to the DNS definition
  for the host.  If this is a question of changing the particular IP
  address in the printer, you will have to identify the printer, and
  potentially contact the vendor or support organization for assistance.
  If this is strictly a discussion of altering the IP print queue setup,
  deleting and recreating the queue is probably among the easiest of
  approaches to describe...
