XTRAP X11 extensions for DECwindows?

The Question is:

 
I have a program that requires the XTRAP extension to X11. How can I get XTRAP functionality installed on my OpenVMS 7.2-1 system?

The Answer is :

 
  OpenVMS Alpha DECwindows V1.2-5 contains Xtrap (called DEC-XTRAP),
