CI hardware RAID upgrades?

The Question is:

 
I have a 4100 running 6.2-1h3 with 2 CIPCA cards.  One CIPCA is attached to a dual redundant hsj40 and a standalone hsj40, the other is attached to a HSJ50.  I will soon be upgrading the redundant hsj40's to HSJ50's.  Does my configuration information go
with the controller or will the hsj50 pick up and know my raid and unit configuration when brought online? Should I store my configuration on one of the units? (I had not done this reading in one of the documents that this was not recommended for redundan
t units)   Also, can I set my MAXIMUM_HOSTS parameter in the HSJ down to 1 if there are no other  vax/alphas on the CI?

The Answer is :

 
  Controller-based RAID configuration information is generally
  stored in the controller -- please contact your hardware
  service organization for assistance in your upgrade.
 
  The OpenVMS Wizard generally does not recommend lowering the
  max-hosts value, as this can cause interesting problems when
