RAM disk for OpenVMS?

The Question is:

 
Does OpenVMS support RAMS disks? If so what products are available?

The Answer is :

 
  There are various classes of devices refered to as "RAM" disks,
  including semiconductor memory peripherals (often SCSI-based),
  and pseudo-devices that emulate storage devices using host physical
  memory.
 
  Both classes of products are available for OpenVMS:
    - Compaq StorgeWorks Solid State Disk Drives
