Connecting to DECserver console port?

The Question is:

 
I have DECServer () with Flash.
I am tring to change the IP address of the DECServer. I am not able to connect
 to the console from my PC. Is there a special cable to be made for this. I
 have set up the HuperTerminal as in the manual.

  For the pinouts and connectors used on various platforms, please see
  the OpenVMS FAQ.  Please contact the Compaq Customer Support Center
