Reading PC/FAT/DOS Floppy on OpenVMS?

The Question is:

 
Is there a command or series of commands that I can use to read a file in DOS
 format and copy it onto the alpha

The Answer is :

 
  Assuming you are refering to accessing a FAT-format floppy from
  OpenVMS, please see the OpenVMS FAQ.
 
  Assuming you are refering to network access to a PC system via
  FTP, that usually involves an FTP client on the PC and an FTP
  server (part of TCP/IP Services or other IP package for OpenVMS)
  and pushing the file over.  Please see the IP FTP documentation
