Unable to boot system?

The Question is:

 
Hi,
 
I have a Digital Personal Workstation 433au with 128MB mem, 2bg drive, and Elsa
 Gloria Synergy video. I can not get it to boot when I install OpenVms 7.1-2.
 It has the latest firmware. How do I get this system to boot?

  Please contact the Compaq Customer Support Center directly -- there
  is insufficient information on the particular message(s) seen, the
  particular error message(s) seen, the particular boot commands used,
  any diagnostic bootstrap APB options used, any system diagnostic
  errors, power and communications status, console port usage, serial
