How to restore a BACKUP?

The Question is:

 
I have an alpha 1000 server and I want to restore a tape back up files in to
 the DKA:200 HD. How do I do that?????

The Answer is :

 
  With the BACKUP or BACKUP$MANAGER utility, usually.  Please see the
  OpenVMS System Management documentation and the BACKUP documentation
