SCSI disk and tape jumper settings?

The Question is:

 
What do each of the jumpers on the back of a DEC RZ56-e disk memory unit do?
 
Specifically, which one(s) have it spin up after a delay or from a signal by
 the controller and not on startup?
 
Also is it SCSI 1 or 2 and is there a jumper to select between the two?
