Third-party software? (Oracle Rdb; RUNTIMSTK)

The Question is:

 
I have RDB V7.0-1, Cobol V2.5, When trying to compile my programs, few of them
 produce the following message:

%AMAC-I-RUNTIMSTK, run time stack differences prevevt accurate stack tracing at
 line xxx in file myprogram.MAR
 
When tracing the line number in my program, it was a GOTO Statement, even when
 i commented this line the error still appears on another line.
 
I tried to link the program with this Information message, and then run it, it
 produces the following error:
 
%RDB-F-REQ-SYNC, Host program out of synchronization with the specified request.
 
Any suggestions???

The Answer is :

 
  Assuming that the RUNTIMSTK message is an informational message that
  is generated by the compilation (via the OpenVMS Alpha Macro32 compiler)
  of the source module generated by the Oracle Rdb pre-compiler, please
  contact Oracle support for assistance with the Oracle Rdb pre-compiler.
  Oracle Rdb Engineering will then work directly with OpenVMS Engineering
  as appropriate in order to resolve this issue.
