FTP RMS RTB Record Too Large Error?

The Question is:

 
While Processing a file from an NT Server via FTP, I receive:
 
FTP> get idag1.731
200 PORT command successful.
150 Opening ASCII mode data connection for idag1.731(41830 bytes).
%FTP-E-OUTPROCF, Error processing output file INTLROOT:[JEM]IDAG1.731;1
-RMS-W-RTB, 36864 byte record too large for user's buffer
226 Transfer complete.
local: INTLROOT:[JEM]IDAG1.731;1  remote: idag1.731
 
Please Advise

The Answer is :

 
  Please use binary mode -- not ASCII -- for this file transfer.
 
  If this fails, please contact the Compaq Customer Support Center.
  Expect to be asked the name of and the version of the IP package
  in use, and to upgrade if the software configuration is not up
  to the current revision, and for details of the commands used
