Are you aware of any XML parsers for a VAX running VMS 7.2, preferably for use
 in C?

The Answer is :

 
  Yes, the OpenVMS Wizard is aware of XML parsers.
 
  Oracle has offered one (http://www.oracle.com/xml/), and other
  vendors have XML packages.  (Sun offers a Java XML parser, though
  Java is not available on OpenVMS VAX.)
