Third-party hardware and software?

The Question is:

 
Wehave a xerox docuprint N40 attached to an alpha 8400. We created an lpd queue
 trough multinet. We can print portrait fine, but I can not print landscape.
 Do you have any idea how to do this

The Answer is :

 
  The OpenVMS Wizard is not familiar with Xerox printers, nor with
  MultiNet printing.  Please contact MultiNet support for assistance
  with how MultiNet handles printing to Xerox printers.
