The Question is:

 
How do I install and configure TCPIP protocols on my Alpha Workstation.
I will be using an FTP program on an IBM RS6000 Workstation to transfer
files from the Alpha to the RS6000.

The Answer is :

 
  The OpenVMS Wizard would encourage skimming through the available
  TCP/IP product installation and configuration documentation.
  On an OpenVMS version this old, you will be using the UCX$ IP
  stack, rather than the newer (TCPIP$) version of the product.
