DCL CGI? (web server scripts using DCL)

The Question is:

 
I have just installed Fasttrack 3.01A. I want to know how to go about writing
 DCL cgi, but cannot find any documentation on. Could you possibly point me
in the right direction. I have no prior knowledge of cgi.
