The Question is:

 
What is the transactions/second rating of an AlphaServer 8400 with dual 625MHz
 processors and 2GB of main memory running OpenVMS 7.1?

The Answer is :

 
  Four.  (These are exceptionally large transactional units, of course.)
 
  More seriously, at least some of the information on system performance
  measurements that is accessable on the OpenVMS website has pointers
