DEC 3000 video (keyboard, mouse) cable?

The Question is:

 
Dear Sir:
    Can you please tell me where I can find the pinouts for the DEC 3000
 400/M400 (Part No. PE40A-A9 & PE40A-B9), keyboard connector. We are using the
 LK401-AA keyboard directly with the machine and have not had any success. We
 assume an external "dongle"
 is required to connect a the mouse and keyboard. Do you have any information
 about a supplier and or the pinouts for connectivity.

The Answer is :

 
  The cable necessary here is BC29G-09 (17-02906-01) or BC29G-15
  (17-02906-03), for the 9 or 15 foot variant, respectively.
  This cable will connect the video, keyboard (LK401-series RJ),
  and mouse (VSXXX series) to various DEC 3000 series systems.
