Multihost SCSI and cluster quorum disk?

The Question is:

 
We have a Cluster with 2 AS800. The SCSI disks are attached on the 2 system
 with a differrential SCSI bus. The servers are running OpenVMS 7.1-1H2. The
 Eco kit ALPSCSI05_071 is already installed. The quorum disk and the system
 disk are attached to the com
mon diffrential SCSI bus.
 
On one of the servers we have often a "lost of connection to the quorum disk",
 this create cluster transitions. I have see an article where we can read that
 they are know problems with SCSI quorum disk on VMS 7.1.
 
How can we resolve this problem? With another Eco kit?

The Answer is :

 
  Please upgrade from V7.1-1H2 to (at least) V7.1-2.
 
  If you MUST stay on V7.1-1H2 (and the Wizard STRONGLY encourages an
  upgrade), then please make the system disk is configured as the quorum
