The Question is:

 
What is the supported type of Network Timing Protocol (NTP) for the open
 OpenVMS (Alpha/Vax), please?

The Answer is :

 
  OpenVMS does not itself support NTP, and requires the use of the TCP/IP
  Services or third-party IP package for this and other IP support.
 
  TCP/IP Services does itself support NTP, and versions V5.0 and later
  implement xNTP V3, and can also operate with the V1 and V2 protocols.
