Access to Operator Logfile?

The Question is:

 
Is there a way to have share access to the OPERATOR.LOG file.
 
If so how do we achieve this ???

The Answer is :

 
  The OpenVMS Wizard is aware of no particular plans to change the current
  access to the operator log file -- shared read access to the operator log
