Third-party SCSI Storage? (Liberator)

The Question is:

 
Hi There,  After replacing an internal 9GB dead disk with an 18GB I am
 receiving " MOUNT-F-INTDIV, arithmetic trap, integer divide by zero at
 PC=0000780A, PSL=01C00002" error message. This disk is one of the four disks
 inside a librator 800.
