You asked the questioner (not me):
 
 How do you know it's always running on CPU 0?
 
Answer:
 
$ SHOW CPU 0 /FULL

The Answer is :

 
  That command indicates only that the application is currently running
  on CPU 0, not that it is always running on CPU 0.  A subtle difference.
