where can iI get training to manage CMS?

The Answer is :

 
  The OpenVMS Wizard is not aware of regularly scheduled courses specific
  to CMS, but expects that various of the training vendors could offer one.
  Pointers to scheduled training courses and to various training vendors are
  included in the OpenVMS FAQ.  (Search for "training" for vendor contact
