Problems With the Compaq website?

The Question is:

 
The OpenVMS web site is in disarray.  I can't access any of the SPD's and I
 need that information to make a quote for a VMS customer. It would appear that
 all the pages with "digital" in the links have been turned off.  Would it be
 possible to turn them o
n until the "compaq" links are ready?

The Answer is :

 
  The OpenVMS Wizard is not in a position to discuss general Compaq website
  issues.  That said, the Wizard can accept feedback and suggestions that
  are specific to the www.openvms.compaq.com website.
 
  Please provide your feedback on other portions of the Compaq website
  directly to the responsible Compaq corporate website teams via the
