RAID Array (KZPAC, SWXCR) Software?

The Question is:

 
Hi.
 
I'm struggling...
 
I've been supplied with an AlphaServer 4100.
Among the IO cards installed is a KZPAC - 3 Channel RAID controller.
 
Using the cable supplied, I don't see any of my disks in the shelf;
 
Should I also have been supplied with the relevant KZPAC firmware? The only
 firmware I have (from LFU List) is Alphabois and Srmflash.
 
The cable included is a BN38C-02. Although the 68-pin VHD plug fits into one
 the two card ports, the other end of the cable (68-pin HD) cable doesn't
 really fit perfectly in to the personalily module of the BA36R shelf (it
 nearly sits to tall). Have I bee
n supplied with the wrong cable?
 
Lastly, I've searched your website for a copy of SWXCRMGR to copy on to a
 floppy. I can only find a Netware version. I'm after an AlphaVMS version. Can
 you help with this too?

  Please contact your hardware service organization or Compaq Services,
  as the first part of the question appears to be a hardware-level
  configuration issue, and this class of problem is quite difficult to
  resolve via non-interactive mechanisms such as Ask The Wizard.
 
  Please contact the Customer Support Center for access to the SWXCR
  software.  (Depending on requirements, the part order number can be
