The Question is:

 
Where is the online WIS of digital equipment?  I used to go to a site, enter my
 contract # and a password and was able to do a search thru various database
 using a string.  (eg-openvms is database, system-f-exquota, process quota
 exceeded) and I would get
 articles back that pertained to the string.
