DECwindows DECW$MAIL exits?

The Question is:

 
DecWindows Mail window keeps exiting if I use the Pick Menu and then later use
 the "receive mail" button.  I am using the "new" desktop interface for DEC
 3000 Model 300.  I believe the problem started when I upgrade to VMS 7.1-2 but
 I have now upgraded to
 VMS 7.2-1 and applied patches and the problem is very repeatable.  Process
 quotas are generous. I have defraged the mail.mai file.  The accounting
 records do not reflect any problems.  There are no error messages. I have not
 found any reports of others w
ith this problem.

The Answer is :

 
  Please contact the Compaq Customer Support Center, as additional
  research into the current process quotas, system parameter settings,
  the "exit" referenced (any messages seen, etc), and the details of
  the local configuration will be required.  Also expect to be asked
  details of the installed DECwindows version and any ECOs applied.
