Third-party software? (IBM MQ series)

The Question is:

 
We are trying to put the transactions to the MQ series(They are putting it
 right now from other Applications, running on JAva and Unix)
 
The system what we are trying to migrate now is written in DEC C , RDB on Open
 VMs
 
IS it possible to put the transactions from the Process to the MQ series, if so
 is there any inbuilt Classes for that?
 
Just to give heads up, right now , we FTP the files to another Machine, instead
 we want to put to the Queue and let Q handle it.
