The Question is: I am trying to understand the meaning of an access violation error message. Customer is running MultiNet as the TCP/IP stack. One of the software packages (Oracle) on this server sometimes generates the following error: This trace file was generated by ORASRV_NETV2.COM exit with STATUS = %X1000000C %SYSTEM-F-ACCVIO, access violation, reason mask=!XB, virtual address=!XH, PC=!XH, PS=!XL I am working with Oracle on this, but wanted to know if you could help me to interpret the meaning of the access violation error message? Thank you. The Answer is : Please see topics (819), (837), (1246), (2223), (2234), (3215), (5533), and likely a few other topics. Please continue to work with the application vendors, as source code access is normally required when debugging access violation errors -- ignoring any approach involving the rather extensive effort involved in reverse-engineering the application binaries involved, of course.
