AlphaServer 2100 Console CIPCA Support?

The Question is:

 
I have installed a cipca-ba on a alphaserver 2100, it sees other members on the
 vax cluster and I can mount disks when the system is up.
But when I do a sho device at the boot prompt I am unable to see any other
 devices other than the local devices - What do I need to do to be able to see
 remote devices as I would like to boot this system from our storageworks.

The Answer is :

 
  First, check your console firmware revision, and upgrade it to current.
 
  Then contact the Compaq Customer Support Center directly.  Expect to be
  asked configuration details of the disk(s) you are attempting to access
