PCSI Access Violation? (ACCVIO)

The Question is:

 
What would be the possible causes of an access violation, when trying to use
 the POLYCENTER to install DEC AXPVMS TCPIP V5.0-11? Other layered products
 have been installed using the POLYCENTER without problems.

The Answer is :

 
  This would imply a bug in PCSI or in the PCSI database containing
  information on TCP/IP Services.
 
  Please install the PCSI ECO kit for PCSI, then please contact the
  Compaq Customer Support Center.
 
  The OpenVMS Wizard would also tend to encourage the use of the
  available (and current) TCP/IP Services V5.1 release.
