The Question is: dear sir.. i established a tcpip queue using the tcpip$lprsetup.exe the queue seems to be worked normal, but when we used to print specific pages from a file, the job prints out all the file.. we used the following command: $print/queue=test/para=page_limit="(2,2)" systartup_vms.com by the way..we have tcpip version 5.1-9 and openvms version 7.2 and we installed the DEC print (DCPS) version 1.8 plus loading DCPS-OPEN and DCPS-PLUS licenses we tried to use the following command: $print/queue=test/pages=(2,2) systartup_vms.com but it did not solve the problem... so is there any way to specify the ranges of printed pages...??? thanx alot for you cooperation The Answer is : Please contact the Compaq Customer Support Center, as details of the printer and the print queue and the OpenVMS ECO kits applied will be required. (The OpenVMS Wizard would encourage use of V7.2-1, with ECOs, though it is not clear if that upgrade will resolve this problem.)
