The Question is:

 
Where can I find an OpenVMS C/C++ source code
formatter (beautifier) that will allow us to
establish and maintain a neutral style for
source code originally developed by different
developers each with their coding style?

The Answer is :

 
  Among other options available, consider the Indent tool.
 
  Indent is available from various sources, including via the OpenVMS
  Freeware V5.0 distribution.
