CTF Tracepoint Errors for X.25 DTE?

The Question is:

 
We have a system that has just been upgraded to OpenVMS 7.2-1 and X.25 1.4. If
 we try to use CTF to trace x.25 we get a response saying invalid tracepoint.
 
eg.
 
trace start/live "x25l3 dte *"
 
%CTF-W-INVTRPT, invalid tracepoint "x25l3 dte *"
 
 
I get the same response trying to trace a LAPB link as well.
 
Is there some problem with CTF and X.25 1.4, or is something not configured
 correctly ?
