Seeking (Unspecified) Printer?

The Question is:

 
I need another dot matrix printer for my Alpha.
In this moment I have a Digital LG12 impact printer and I need another one,
but the budget for this project is not sufficient.
 
Please give me another alternative to supercede this printer for another like
 that, but a lower cost.

The Answer is :

 
  Please contact your Compaq reseller or Compaq sales representative
  directly.  Expect to be asked details of your printing requirements,
  such as paper type, connection type, performance, etc.
 
  Most any serial printer will function with OpenVMS Alpha, though
  you will want to determine what printer-specific page formatting
  functions and capabilities (landscape, Postscript etc) you require,
  and you will want to become familiar with the device control library
  mechanism discussed elsewhere.
