DCPS Configuration, HP 4000 printer?

The Question is:

 
I'm Trying to configure DCSP so that I can Print to  HP4000 and HP5si printers.
 After creating the execution queue with the following:
 @sys$startup:dcps$execution_queue -
      HP4000_4203 -                       IP_RAWTCP/128.158.150.94:9100" -
      DCPS_LIB -
      "DATA_TYPE=POSTSCRIPT" -
      ""-
      ""-
      ""-
      ""
 
and print any type of file to the printer, the job just sets in the queue with
 a "starting" status. The printer show the job being processed over and over
 again but never prints anything.  What am I doing wrong.
