(Reverse) Telnet and CREATE_SESSION?

The Question is:

 
I have a question re reverse LAT moving to the same situation with TCP /TELNET.
 I know there have been many FAQ's on this subject but the answers haven't
 really helped?
 
current lta94 attached to terminal server ts2 port 1 and lta195 to port 2
 
when move to TCP what will be the syntax to attach to create sesson? Will it
 be.....
 
telnet> create session ts2 1 100
telnet> create session ts2 2 101
 
to give tna100 and 101
 
Or replace ts2 with ip address, and what format will the port number take, the
 physical rs232 port number or the port/socket number?
