Telnet and LPD Print Symbiont MultiStreaming?

The Question is:

 
VMS 7.2-1 Alpha
We use LPR/LPD to setup our printer queues over TCP/IP v5.0a ECO 1.  Each
 printer uses a process slot.  We have 400+ printers configured on our machine.
  How can I configure these same printers without using a process slot for each
 one?

The Answer is :

 
  The OpenVMS Wizard is not aware of a way to reduce the process slot
  usage for the host process (other than reducing the numbers of IP
  printers), but the images involved can be installed and the requisite
  memory use reduced.  Use of the telnet symbiont, on the other hand,
  can reduce the number of processes.
