Any plans to port OpenVMS?

Are there any plans to port OpenVMS on IA-64? (I've read the answer on IA32)?
 If not what are the reasons?

The Answer is :

 
  Yes, OpenVMS will be ported to the Itanium Processor Family (IPF),
