The Question is: Not completely sure of the version. We have an Alpha running OpenVMS with the Pathways IP stack (TCPware). We are trying to define what by default would be a class A network, but as a subnetted class C network (10.65.113.0) in order to define some routes. The 10 network is not locally attached but is a remote network. Under Unix I would define it in the netmasks file. Where do I define it for VMS ? Would I define it in the networks file, then add the routes using the network names ? Please advise. -Thanks Pete The Answer is : Please contact TCPware support, or please install Compaq TCP/IP Services.
