Is there any information on how (if) php works with CSWS 1.0-1?

The Answer is :

 
  There is a PHP port available for OpenVMS, though the OpenVMS Wizard
  is not aware of the status of any PHP integration into the Compaq
  Secure Web Server (CSWS; based on Apache) environment.
