The Question is:

 
Why do SMTP server queues stop when internet e-mail with long subject lines are
 received?

The Answer is :

 
  Please consider an upgrade to TCP/IP Services V5.0A or to (the current
  releasel, as of this writing in July 2001) V5.1, with the associated
