Selection of host to MOP download?

The Question is:

 
We have a new custer with 4 nodes, and an old cluster with 5 nodes.
The old cluster is no longfer used but is still online,
on which node a decserver will load it's software ?

The Answer is :

 
  The load host node that is fastest to respond among all of the nodes
  that are configured to respond to the DECserver request will service
