Configure IP Printer Queue?

The Question is:

 
we have vax3400 running vms 6.2 tcp/ip stack ucx is loaded.  we have one d_link
 printserver connected on ethernet lan having two parallel ports. the vax able
 to ping printserver through ucx. address 10.205.126.100. one parallel printer
 is connected to the
 print server.
kindly advise how to configure for defining queues/ports/printserver for
 routing print jobs on the network printer through dlink printserver. thanks....
