OpenVMS Virtual Frame Buffer (XVFB)?

The Question is:

 
Hi,
Within TRU64 UNIX we load the XVFB (virtual framebuffer X server for machines
 with no display hardware) in order to create graphics in Java applications. We
 are in the process of porting the application to OpenVMS. Does OpenVMS have a
 similar X server? If
 so, where to be found.
