The Question is:

 
How do I configure Decnet+ so that it sees a gateway on the net?

The Answer is :

 
  The OpenVMS Wizard will assume this is an IP gateway used by
  DECnet-Plus over IP, and would thus recommend the section on
  configuring IP gateways in the FAQ.
 
  If this is a question if routing SMTP or similar traffic, you
  will need to forward mail messages via a DECnet-Plus system
